It’s been about a decade since I last posted a video to my YouTube channel, so please excuse the awkward video, but I decided to ease myself back into it with a new segment. Do you want to know more? Click play and find out a bit about this Vichy product. Also, please let me know if you like the idea and if you want to see more? Thanks for watching.
Kiehl’s have welcomed two new face masques into their family and they couldn’t have arrived on my doorstep at a better time. My skin has been brattier than a hormonal teenager who slams doors and back-chats her folks. I think my own hormones might be out of sync and my poor skin has been taking the brunt of it. This is a case of blemishes, blemishes everywhere. The stresses of life, coupled with everyday pollution can wreak havoc on your skin. This is where these brightly coloured jars-of-awesomeness come in. Kiehl’s formulated these two masques to replenish, brighten and recharge dull skin – yes please and thank you very much.
I’m a huge fan of BABOR and I’m a huge fan of cleansing oils, so naturally I would be a huge fan of the BABOR Hy-Ol (R456) and BABOR Phytoactive (R368) duo. This two-step cleansing process has been a firm favourite in my nightly routine since it arrived on my doorstep in early December. The distinguishing quality that sets it apart from a few of my other cleansers can be summed up using only one word – effortless. This biphase deep-action cleanser removes makeup with the ease of a professional. BABOR combined the natural cleansing powers of water and oil (and unicorn tears) when they formulated this duo. BABOR’S hydrophilic cleansing oil, Hy-Ol is suitable for all skin types and contains pure, natural soybean as well as sesame and peanut oils.
Is there anything more relaxing than a day spent at the spa? Close your eyes and take a moment to step into the serene surroundings of a beautiful spa with soft music playing in the background; fluffy towels draped over your body; scented candles releasing heavenly scents; pots of clay; warm, bubbling baths and complete and utter relaxation. Now open your eyes to your bathroom at home. This is the way the new “Spa of the World” range from The Body Shop makes me feel – like I have a spa in my own bathroom. The collection is split into three ‘rituals’ (The Relaxing Ritual, The Revitalizing Ritual and The Blissful Ritual) and revolves around escapism and creating the spa experience at home.
